Travel Authorizations & Claims

TRAVEL AUTHORIZATIONS & TRAVEL CLAIM FORMS ARE LOCATED IN THE PURCHASING OFFICE.

They must be completed according to the WSCC travel policies.

Vehicles Available for Reservation:

6 - Regular motor pool vehicles

1 - 7 passenger van

1 - 9 passenger van

1 - 32 passenger bus

1- 48 passenger bus

3 - vehicles for WIA

These vehicles are for use while on official travel status such as traveling to off-campus centers, and other approved locations.

When a completed official travel authorization form is received in Plant Operations, the vehicle is assigned.

A phone call to check on the availability of vehicles is helpful.  The completed travel authorization form actually reserves the vehicle.

Departing before 8 a.m. or returning after 4:30 p.m.:

The FA3 Key will open the gates, facilities management building door, and vehicle pick-up box.

Fuelman Procedures

Fuelman Procedures:

Fuelman is the official service used by WSCC.  It is a "credit card" type system in which designated sites are used to fuel vehicles.  The card accompanies the vehicle when it is checked out.

Fuel sites can be found at fuelman.com (see link above).

  • Any Pilot Oil Station
  • BP Station near Exit 8

PLEASE RETURN THE VEHICLE WITH AT LEAST 1/2 TANK OF GAS AS A COURTESY.

Fueling Procedure:

  • Fuel the vehicle first
  • Swipe the Fuelman card on the pin pad by the cash register or at the pump if applicable
  • Enter the odometer reading
  • Enter the pin number located inside the key holder
  • Obtain the receipt and place inside the card holder and return with the keys
